Jessica Lucas' 2013 started off a little down. Costarring in the highly-anticipated television series Cult it premiered on February 19, it was dropped from the schedule a few weeks later on April 10. Later that the same year CW broadcast the remaining shows. However, it was not a great experience being in the 13-week drama that was cancelled at the beginning. One positive is that Jessica's career was seen to be getting better by leaps and bounds. Jessica Lucas starred as Michael B. Jordan's American wife in the film That Awkward Time, which came out early in 2014. However, she has been involved in an affair, so she has an advantage. Lucas's performance is outstanding throughout the film, particularly because the movie revolves around three main actors. In addition, as I mentioned previously she's also on the stage in a handful of scenes during the Paul W.S. Anderson period action-adventure film Pompeii. Shenae, AnnaLynne McCord, and Jessica Stroup were her co-stars on the upcoming 90210. She was cast in the highly-successful remake of the popular 1990s television series Melrose Place as Riley Richmond a sweet elementary-schoolteacher.
